You can do everything on foot or by bike while enjoying the many walks to be done on the coast of light or go further and visit the islands of Noirmoutier, Yeu and why not the Puy du Fou!!!

The house consists of:
- of an entrance with cupboards
- a living room with a large dining table with Scandinavian chairs, non-convertible sofa, decorative fireplace, flat screen TV. Sliding bay window overlooking the terrace.
- a new modern fitted kitchen with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, combined fridge/freezer, kettle, SENSEO coffee maker, window overlooking the garden.
- a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms:
- bedroom 1: 1 bed in 140X190, 2 bedside tables, storage space, a door, a double glazed window / shutter with clapper, view of the garden on the street side.
- bedroom 2: 2 beds in 90X190 bunk + 1 BZ, French window door with rolling shutter overlooking the garden on the street side.
- bedroom 3: 1 bed 160x200, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe and shelves, double glazed window with casement shutter overlooking the garden.
- a new bathroom with walk-in shower, furniture with sink, towel dryer
- a separate WC
- a laundry room in which the washing machine is located, storage space that can be used as a bike room because it locks.

A large garden not fenced, possibility to park a vehicle, a terrace to enjoy outdoor meals, everything for a successful vacation!!
